Some of our training services include:

Advanced team building strategies: This is a very popular training for the work-team, board, or group wanting to enhance their ability to work together. According to your group’s composition and needs, we will use small groups, large groups, discussion activities, and activities that require moving around together. The strategies are highly interactive and promote effective communication, problem solving, insight for team success, and clarifies hindrances to team success. Training time is tailored to your needs: 2-6 hours

How to transform your job: Do you or your peers and employees want a boost towards increased job satisfaction and a renewed feeling of purpose and energy about your job? Almost any job can be transformed. Training time is tailored to your needs: 1.5-4 hours.

Burnout: Recovering and building resilience: Burnout is a serious and unpleasant experience that flattens our productivity, and negatively affects our home-life, attitude, outlook, health, and mood. Participants will take part in a self-assessment (that they do not have to share), learn how to recover as quickly as possible, and learn how to build personalized resilience for preventing burnout. Training time is tailored to your needs: 1.5 to 4 hours.

Assertive problem solving (Moving towards an assertive style and away from an aggressive or passive style). Assertiveness is not bullying or being pushy, as much as it is not being passive or over-accommodating. Assertiveness is a process of moving toward what you want and need, centered on a communication style and self-respect. This workshop addresses some of our reasons for passivity and aggression and reviews strategies that participants can use (right away) and build upon. Training time is tailored to your needs: 1-4 hours

Leadership style evaluation and training: in this valuable workshop, you will develop insight into your leadership strengths and needs. We offer leadership self-evaluation and training approaches from a variety of leadership models. This training is tailored to your industry, mission, and preferred leadership style. 2-6 hours.

Understanding and valuing personality types using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: This process can lead us to greater appreciation for our strengths and personal style and bring us to greater patience and acceptance of others. Knowing our personality preferences can inform us of how to recharge our energy, find a work-style that works for us, and give us insight into some of the conflicts we have with others. Training time is tailored to your needs: 2.5-6 hours.

Stress-coping for busy, hard-working people: Too busy to take a long walk in the woods every morning or meditate for two hours a day? (Of course you are!) This is a super-charged session for the busy person. We discuss current research on what works and move into creating personalized stress-buffers. Each participant will learn personalized stress-coping techniques that can be employed immediately and throughout the coming days. Training time is tailored to your needs: 1.5-6 hours
